Dear Community Friend:

The Seven Locks Educational Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, is committed to supporting the educational experience of students at Seven Locks Elementary School, a public school in Bethesda, MD. The Spring Fling is our highly anticipated, premier fundraising and social event of the year. The funds raised will support efforts such as professional development for teachers, improvements to the school and grounds, technology and textbook enhancements, as well as STEM related innovations and other educational opportunities to help improve the delivery of the curriculum and educational outcomes for each student. The major project we are raising funds for this year is transforming an empty classroom into a technology room and center complete with four 3D printers, video broadcasting equipment and 28 computers that will be utilized by all Seven Locks students. It is through these efforts that undoubtedly contributed to Seven Locks was recently named #3 amongst all elementary schools (out of 917) in the state in 2017!  Excellence such as this in our local public schools would not be possible without generous support from contributors such as you!

Our silent and live auctions will be held on March 10, 2017 during our Spring Fling event — “a star-filled evening.” A few of the evening’s highlights include an open bar with lots of hors d’oeuvres and dessert; an elegant lounge area and a festive DJ for a spacious dance floor over-looking the Potomac/Bethesda area. The event will be heavily advertised and well attended by school families, alumni and friends residing in Bethesda and Potomac, MD. Becoming a sponsor of the event offers you or your business the opportunity to be visible and engaged with a local and supportive target audience.

All donations/sponsorships are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Starts at $1000. Benefits Include:

  • Platinum level recognition on SLEF website (optional logo and link to website)
    • throughout our promotional period and until our next annual Spring Fling event (approximately 1 year of exposure).
  • Platinum level recognition on all promotional pieces (print and email) for the event
  • Platinum level recognition on all printed signage at the event
  • A full page ad or personalize greeting/message for the auction catalog.
  • Platinum level sponsors may offer live links to special offers via the website link on SLESEF website
  • A promotional message distributed to the community via email (optional)
  • Platinum Level Sponsors can also opt for in-kind trade of services or products equal in value to $1000 or more and receive similar recognition by mutual approval

Gold Level Sponsors

Starts at $500. Benefits Include:

  • Gold level sponsors recognition on SLEF website (optional logo and link to website)
    • throughout our promotional period and until our next annual Spring Fling event (approximately 1 year of exposure).
  • Gold level recognition on all promotional pieces (print and email) for the event
  • Gold level recognition on all printed signage at the event
  • A full page ad or personalize greeting/message for the auction catalog.
  • Gold level sponsors may offer live links to special offers via the website link on SLESEF website OR opt for information to be distributed to community via email
  • Gold Level Sponsors can also opt for in-kind trade of services or products equal in value to $500 or more and receive similar recognition by mutual approval
