Teacher Professional Development

The SLESEF frequently provides funding for teachers to explore professional development and collaborative planning opportunities. 

 

With SLESEF support, all SLES teachers are provided with additional time to plan instruction, review student work, analyze student performance, and make necessary adjustments to curricula and teaching methods.   Not only does this provide SLES teachers with additional time and resources to plan and develop curricula tailored for their students, but it allows teachers to enhance their own skill sets.
